Take your family from SURVIVING to THRIVING

We Plan + You Prep = Less Stress + Clean Meals

Making healthy delicious meals for the whole family every week is not as easy as it sounds, yet more important than we want to admit.

That's why I created an affordable tool that gives you the plan you need to make it happen.

Feeling Stressed? I give you the plan!

Concerned it's going to break the bank? It costs less than 2 cups of fancy coffee a month.

Oh, and prepping ahead will probably help you save $$ and your sanity.

"I gained TIME. I gained cooking KNOWLEDGE. I gained a great social space on Facebook. This experience has changed meals for my whole family into one of the most positive parts of our day instead of one of the most daunting. I am so grateful for that!"  - Michele S.

I was barely surviving...

Eating Clean changed my life way back in 2008 (before kids), when I could spend hours searching cookbooks, blogs and family recipes to create the perfect Clean menu for the week.  It was fabulous.

Then I had a child.  My world went from "clean and feeling amazing" to "zombie eating a croissant sandwich every day" (not kidding).  Adjusting to all the things that come with being a new parent was hard enough, but by not feeding my body well, I was falling into a deep abyss that made everything harder.

I was barely surviving, I knew the better path to take and when I finally put my foot down and went back to eating Clean, I went from surviving to thriving.

It's about using time better...

We all have the same 24-hours in a day, so why are some people able to get more done?  It comes down to how we use our time.

I'm not a trained chef.  I am an expert in process change management... say what? Before starting Eating Clean, Cooking Dirty (ECCD), I worked with companies to create and implement processes that helped them use their time more efficiently

I took that expertise, compounded it with an unwavering commitment to the importance of clean delicious food for all and created Weekly Meal Plan and Prep Guides that will change the way you feed yourself and your people.

"Once I started following her prepping plans, I realized she was going to change my life: having healthy food always at the ready was making this daunting challenge ridiculously easy. It seriously started to feel like I was cheating. Her weekly plans are stupid-easy to follow"...:Every meal got a resounding happy grunt from my husband"..."I don't want to go back to how I was cooking and eating before, now that I know how good it can be." - Maren C.

"I have tried several meal prep menus. I was particularly drawn to Sam's Eating Clan Cooking Dirty for a few reasons - 1. my daughter is celiac and the menu is all gluten free"... "2. they were simple to follow and modify"..." 3. the menus themselves are elevated cooking - not super fancy, but elegant in a way that we can eat well every day with interesting flavors and colors. Lastly....I admittedly don't meal prep every single week, but having done several weeks, I am now better prepared at the beginning of each week with my go to preps." -Daryl Bart
