Fall is thinking about coming around. Did I really say that? Well, it's 60 degrees and raining here in Portland at the beginning of August, so it sure does feel like it. Although, it is supposed to be 90 later this week. This girl from LA has no idea what's going on. I love the rain. When I lived in London, the weather was one of my favorite pieces, but I was also prepared for it.
Today, I dropped my kid off at school wearing sandals and a jumper. #notprepared Fortunately, I brought her Darth Vader hoodie.
These bacon bites are inspired by game days coming up. As fall sports begin, these simple delicious snacks can be served hot or room temp (I even ate them cold for breakfast this morning). These are great for parties, or to bring to your kids games as post-game recover snacks.
