Full-time working parent who is obsessed with figuring out how to get the best value out of the limited 24 hours in a day. This is me. But, this is also a whole lot of other people. It may even be you. I love to cook, but it hasn't yet turned into my full-time job. So in the meantime, I meal plan like crazy to ensure that our family eats well most of the time and I don't spend hours everyday in the kitchen. It can be a challenge, but it is one that I love and want to help others face head on. So, even if this, or one of my other posts, helps one person eat just a little bit better, I'm thrilled.
