Supper Clubs became popular in the United States in the 1930's and 40's in random roadhouses, secret locations and "in-the-know" spots. During prohibition, these clubs served alcohol and were known for decent food and loud music. It was an event to dress up, socialize and have a few drinks.
Today, supper clubs offer chefs and foodies an opportunity to share one-time menus, out-of-the-box recipes and host one-of-a-kind dining experiences outside of the restaurant scene. In small towns, such as Hood River (and the surrounding Gorge), a supper club is an opportunity to enjoy food outside of the regular. Local, sustainable and delicious, Eating Clean, Cooking Dirty and owner, Samantha Rodgers, are excited to bring you our own version of the supper club.

This five course meal will highlight super foods with recipes influenced from around the world.
