The Plan

Each Weekly Plan is printer friendly and on Trello for your mobile device.

  • Once a week, spend 2-3 hours following our step-by-step prep guide.
  • OR, use our Quick Prep Menu and spend 60-minutes or less on meal prep.
  • Spend about 20 min. per day in the kitchen the rest of the week.

The Menu

Each week, you will receive an email with access to 3 menus.  

Select which one works best for your family, download it or copy the Trello board.

Menu Options Include:

  • CLEAN 100 | All Paleo & GF
  • CLEAN 80/20 | 80% Paleo & GF & 20% Dirty
  • QUICK PREP* | 60-minutes or LESS of Meal Prep Each Week

*Quick Prep Menus are smaller than the regular menus, but you can easily double recipes while still keeping meal prep time to a minimum.

Each week, we also share tips to adjust for diet restrictions including dairy intolerance, kosher diet, AIP and more.

Each Menu Includes:

  • 4 Dinners (3 on Quick Prep)
  • 1 Lunch
  • 1 Breakfast
  • 1 Snack

The Archive is also available to members which includes 3 months of menus to choose from, just in case the current week is not enticing.


The Shopping

Once you've selected your menu for the week, print the grocery list, or save the Trello board.  

  • The grocery list is divided by department. 

  • Use our simplified list to easily pick up all the ingredients.  

It is easy to:

  • Double recipe servings for large families, dinner parties, guests or freezer meals.
  • Add items that are staples in your family.
  • Exchange items for ones that work better for you.  (eg. switch out broccoli for asparagus)

The Prep

On your prep day, spend 2-3 hours following our step-by-step guide to maximize your kitchen time.  

Have all your meals prepped or fully prepared and ready to eat. 

Prep Guide Includes:

  • Chop, Process, Stovetop, Bake, Process and Assemble Sections to make it easy.
  • Suggested containers to store each item.
  • Checklist format so you don't miss a step.

Now that you've prepped ahead, meals are ready to eat, or require minimal cooking.

Each day, spend less than 20 minutes in the kitchen. 

With these plans, you can:

  • Serve the same meal with minor adjustments for each family member.
